Account Eligibility
You must be aged 21 or above and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. One account per person is strictly enforced.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported channels include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost.

Section 1
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i4malaysia ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://i4malaysia.cam. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any feature or service offered by i4malaysia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close any registered account. Continued use of i4malaysia constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them from time to time.

Registration and use of i4malaysia is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
Age Restriction Strictly Enforced: i4malaysia is for players aged 21 and above only. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. i4malaysia reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
Section 4
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on i4malaysia at any given time. Duplicate accounts, whether discovered during registration, KYC review, or routine monitoring, will be closed without notice. Any balance in a duplicate account will be forfeited.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your identification document, a valid email address, a working phone number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. i4malaysia will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
i4malaysia reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, particularly where fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
Section 5
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations, i4malaysia is required to verify the identity and address of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

Submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. i4malaysia reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Section 6
All financial transactions on i4malaysia are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. i4malaysia reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor. DuitNow and FPX deposits are typically instant. Withdrawal processing for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX is typically completed within the same business session, subject to the volume of pending requests and any compliance review requirements.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether deposits or withdrawals to accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency Transactions: Crypto deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the Player. i4malaysia is not responsible for delays or losses arising from network congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the Player.
Section 7
i4malaysia offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer and to the general provisions set out in this clause.
The following general bonus conditions apply unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:
i4malaysia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of abuse, exploitation, or systematic bonus farming, i4malaysia reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the relevant account, and recover any amounts already paid out.
Section 8
All games on i4malaysia are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. i4malaysia does not accept claims arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
Results generated by slot games and casino table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each round is independent of previous rounds. i4malaysia does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the mathematical house edge published for each game.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption during active gameplay, i4malaysia will endeavour to restore the game to its last verified state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance. i4malaysia's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting, settled markets are based on official results from the relevant governing body. i4malaysia reserves the right to void bets where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, or where the market was settled based on incomplete or subsequently amended official data.
Section 9
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on i4malaysia. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
Section 10
All content on the i4malaysia platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and database compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of i4malaysia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No Player or visitor to the Platform may reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from i4malaysia without prior written authorisation. The i4malaysia brand name and logo may not be used in any context without our express written consent.
Section 11
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i4malaysia and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if i4malaysia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
i4malaysia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or any content thereon. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.
Gambling involves risk. i4malaysia is not responsible for any financial loss suffered by a Player as a result of their voluntary decision to place bets. Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions.

Section 13
The collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data by i4malaysia is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
Section 14
i4malaysia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or fundamental gameplay conditions — we will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect without advance notice. The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of i4malaysia following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify us to close your account.
Section 15
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of i4malaysia shall first be submitted to our internal disputes resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected].
i4malaysia undertakes to acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to issue a final decision within 30 days of receipt of all relevant information. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels available in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
